I'm Matt Yudasz, and I started Dashridge Solutions because I saw a gap. The kind of technology and strategy that helps big companies move faster, look sharper, and run leaner — it wasn't reaching the businesses that needed it most.
By day, I'm a Finance Business Partner Manager at Zimmer Biomet, where I've spent the last 10 years supporting teams across corporate finance, FP&A, operations, and investor relations. I help teams understand their financial story and make confident, informed decisions. That same discipline — clarity, rigor, and a focus on results — is what I bring to every Dashridge project.
Small and mid-size businesses right here in Indiana were either paying too much for overengineered solutions, or settling for cookie-cutter tools that didn't fit. Neither option is good enough.
